The cheapest way to obtain a Fly-A-Pet Potion is to trade for it. If you have a similar quality object to trade, like another potion or a rarer pet, then you can message in the chat and say that you are in search of a Fly Potion.
It may take a while, but eventually, someone might reply that they have one they are willing to trade. Once you are near them, all you need to do is begin a trade. If the other player is satisfied with what you are offering, you will get your Fly Potion!
If you don't have anything to trade, you can also buy Fly Potions from the Sky Castle. This is a building that can be found floating in the sky above Adoption Island.
To get here, all you need to do is pay $5 to the captain of the hot air balloon, found to the left after you enter Adoption Island from the neighborhood.
60 seconds after paying $5, the hot air balloon will take off for the Sky Castle. If another player has already paid for the balloon, you can hop on board without spending any money. The only person who has to pay for the trip is the first one on the balloon.
