David Foster got to know The Real Housewives of Beverly Hill's audience as Yolanda Hadid's husband, but the 16-time Grammy Award-winning musician has been busy reclaiming his identity since the couple's divorce in 2015. While tabloids claimed that the couple split due to Yolanda's battle with Lyme disease, David denied this speculation. However, he was also reluctant to provide more information. Outside perspectives argued Yolanda's tendency to be self-righteous pushed David away. Yolanda shared that when David refused to join a trip to Bali with her in 2014, the writing was on the wall.
David also wasn't thrilled by being overshadowed by Yolanda. Now David's prioritizing his six children, his career, and his non-profit organization, the David Foster Foundation, which supports families whose children are going through the life-saving organ donation process.
