The latest gameplay trailer for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet showcases a lot of new details on Nintendo's latest, including the ability for players to craft their own Technical Machines. Over the past few months, Nintendo has been fairly open with new details surrounding its upcoming Pokemon title. Trailers have reveals new Pokemon like Wiglett and Klawf, while also showcasing how the core gameplay loop is changing with an open ended Gym structure, Titan Pokemon hunting, and battles against Team Star.
Nintendo's latest Pokemon Scarlet and Violet trailer revealed an additional 14 minutes of gameplay and plenty of new details including new evolutions, open world gameplay, and even the ability to throw picnics and make sandwiches with Pokemon. The gameplay also showed off the new Terrastalization mechanic and how it can influence random Pokemon battles, Raids, as well as gym battles. Other new mechanics shown off what a «Let's Go» command that had the player's lead 'mon quickly defeating wild Pokemon, skipping the need for traditional battles.

Technical Machines, or TMs, were also revealed for the first time and for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, Game Freak appears to be reverting their functionality back to the older games in the series where they can only be used to teach a move once. While that fact may disappoint some fans, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet gets around this restriction by allowing players to craft their own TMs, instead of just earning them from fighting or finding them hidden around the world.
