Much like any game that has exploration elements, Pokemon Legends: Arceus players are starting to find ways to break the system and see if they can reach areas that the game did not intend for them to access at that point in their journey. Sprinting and jumping on Wyrdeer can create some interesting results, as demonstrated by this one Pokemon Legends: Arceus player.
Much like other open-world exploration games like The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, Pokemon Legends: Arceus isn't completely glitch or exploit free. There are some strange spots in the land that players can reach that allows them to stand instead of falling, or climb a mountain by spamming buttons.

In this particular clip, Reddit user Thelifeoftommyn, repeatedly sprints while on top of Wyrdeer and tries to climb up a steep rock face to reach another ledge above them. After literally running their face into a wall over and over again, they eventually find an area where they're able to stand in a more elevated position and take a running jump up to the top. This clip is an example of the odd spots in Pokemon Legends: Arceus that are likely unintended for players to stand on, and is reminiscent of Skyrim players forcing their horses up mountainsides.
Normally, in order to reach areas that are higher up on ledges, Pokemon Legends: Arceus players will need to wait until the fourth area of the game, when they pick up a new Pokemon they can ride on called Sneasler. Sneasler has the ability to climb up any steep cliff or wall, which is how players are able to reach new areas on the map.
