Hisuian Growlithe is a fresh take on the Kantonian Fire-type that has remained a fan-favorite through all Eight Generations of the Pokémon games. The regional form of Growlithe is a Fire/Rock-type, and can only be found in the Cobalt Coastlands on the Veilstone Cape. Because the Cobalt Coastlands is the third area in the game, it can take a while before players are able to add the powerful Pokémon to their team. Additionally, the limited spawns can make filling the Pokédex entry a grind.

According to the Pokémon website, the distribution codes for Hisuian Growlithe are available at participating GameStop locations and were available starting February 25.
