Unions are organisations that can collectively bargain for the improvement of the conditions of workers. As such, companies tend to hate and fear them - even running anti-union Twitch ads. Amazon workers at a warehouse in New York made history by becoming the first union at Jeff Bezos giant multinational business, and it appears to have sent the company into a meltdown.
Recently leaked documents shown to The Intercept show that Amazon's proposed new internal social media platform to be used by workers may ban a long list of words that are either pro-union or critical of Amazon's historically questionable workplace practises.

The social media program was proposed back in November 2021 to increase worker happiness, but censoring them and preventing them from communicating openly doesn't seem like a good way to do that. According to The Intercept, the company will be actively monitoring posts to ensure workers are only being positive - real 1984 vibes.
As pointed out by Twitter user Abby 4 the People, banning these words and phrases is far more likely to push employees towards unions rather than erring them away from them.
The Amazon union is a historic win for worker rights in the US, and the video game industry is also attempting to make similar strides. Amazon spokesperson Barbara M. Agrait said of the leaked list, “this particular program has not been approved yet and may change significantly or even never launch at all.”
