Overwatch is entering its sixth year this May. With the anniversary coming up and with Blizzard in an odd transitional period before the release Overwatch 2, the studio is shaking up the way it goes about celebrating in-game events. The timed activity for the year is called Overwatch Anniversary Remix and will happen multiple times throughout the year.
This remix on the celebratory events will consolidate usual seasonal Overwatch events and their associated activities into segmented events that will feature brawl modes like Mei’s Snowball Challenge, Lucioball, and re-colors of past rare skins. The brawl modes will return every Volume with a total of three Volumes. There will be six remixed skins that were from previous seasonal events and skins from timed challenges available to earn or buy via Anniversary Remix Volume.
