Nexon Drops Extended Gameplay Video for The First Berserker: Khazan
mmorpg.comNexon has dropped a new video showing off the first 15 minutes of gameplay for its upcoming hardcore action RPG The First Berserker: Khazan ahead of its publicly playable demo at Gamescom 2024 this week.
The extended look at gameplay showcases Khazan doing battle against a variety of soldiers, monsters, and beasts in an icy tundra following his escape from exile. The video also features Neople’s 3D cel animated cutscenes and comes to a dramatic conclusion as the player faces off against the game’s first boss encounter.
Nexon and developer Neople also released a behind the scenes video with the dev team giving players a peek into how Khazan’s story fits into the broader Dungeon & Fighter universe. It tells the story of how Khazan ascended from a simple barbarian to becoming the Great General of Pell Los and hero of the Empire. Unfortunately, Khazan falls from grace after being falsely accused of treason by his own emperor and cast into exile in the mountains. In exile, he encounters the enigmatic Blade Phantom, who grants him new powers in his quest for revenge.
The First Berserker: Khazan will arrive on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam sometime in 2025.
