When talking to someone about The Elder Scrolls series, chances are Skyrim will be the first one to come to mind before they think of Oblivion or Morrowind. It's understandable, really, given that the latest Bethesda fantasy epic has been at the forefront of the gaming world for more than ten years at this point. However, Oblivion is still one of the best games in the Elder Scrolls series, coming just behind the subsequent entry, and as a result, still has a large following. So large, in fact, that some people are still making new content for it.
Uploading the file yesterday, a group of modders calling themselves PoH Team have created a new standalone add-on for Oblivion called «Prism of Hammerfell,» which, presumably, is what the team name stands for. As the name suggests, it's a mod that seemingly takes place in Hammerfell, which is the one of the western regions of Tamriel, where the franchise takes place. Players are tasked with becoming a «symbol for the Redguards» and puzzling through the «mystery of the Dwemer Prism.»

At the moment, the add-on is still in alpha stage, but the description page does say that the region is «quite detailed.» However, it should be pointed out that PoH Team has made the decision to get the 1.9 GB file uploaded in its «current state,» adding that the language is in Russian. This suggests there was some urgency in getting the add-on out there, perhaps related to the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Whether Nexus Mods will remove it remains to be seen. At the time of writing, «Prism of Hammerfell» should still be available to download.
