Thanks to the ever-growing hype behind the NBA Playoffs, new units in NBA 2K22 's MyTeam are released at a frequent pace. Whether it's a player dominating their round in the postseason or a new legendary player entering the ranks, NBA 2K22 players aren't at a shortage of great units to add to their team.
Earlier this week, 2K Games unveiled four new units, including four Galaxy Opals and four Dark Matters. The NBA 2K22 Takeoff Series 4 Pack came hand-in-hand with the second round of the Playoffs Agenda and immediately became a talking point among the player base due to the specialized units involved.
NBA 2K22 MyTeam Triple Threat and Clutch Time Rewards Revealed
The highly anticipated Clutch Time Wheel received an update, featuring new units for players to collect and earn. Players can now hope to obtain 96-overall Pink Diamond Michael Redd, 97-overall Galaxy Opal Reggie Lewis, 98-overall Galaxy Opal Shawn Kemp, and 99-overall Dark Matter Albert King. At his position, King is right up there among some of the best small forwards in NBA 2K22 and will be a top priority when it comes to the Clutch Time Wheel. Lewis was a force in the mid-80s to early-90s, as was Kemp in the 90s and Red in the early 2000s. Each unit, regardless of its skill-tier, will provide MyTeam rosters with a significant boost.
These four units are not alone in the most recent update in NBA 2K22, as Invincible Shaquille O'Neal and Galaxy Opal Grant Hill join along. Shaq was previously involved in the Season 6 Agenda Daily Level-Up program, but that unit was a 78-overall in his Cleveland Cavaliers days.
