Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak players will need to take on Key Quests with Chichae to advance through the new Master Rank. However, there are many sidequests (known as Requests) at the Elgado Outpost, typically given out by NPCs. If they have a blue speech bubble over their head, then that usually means they have a request for players to take on.
