Manifest Theory: The Callings Used Angelina (To Kill Grace)

InManifest season 3, the Callings may have secretly used Angelina as a means of killing Grace. A shocking turn of events in the season 3 finale saw Grace die at the hands of Holly Taylor’s Manifest character. Grace was without question the biggest death that’s happened on the show thus far.

What happened to Grace was the culmination of a multi-episode arc involving Angelina. After developing the misguided impression that Eden is her guardian angel, Angelina went to great lengths to keep the child at her side, even when it went against her mother’s wishes. After making a number of questionable decisions, Angelina reached the point of no return in the season 3 finale when she broke into the Stone household, stabbed Grace offscreen, and kidnapped Eden. In doing so, Angelina has most assuredly made herself an enemy of the Flight 828 passengers in Manifest season 4. Dealing with her could be one of the many challenges the main characters will have to overcome when the series returns.
