Less than a month is left before the long-awaited arrival of Korean-developed MMO-ARPG Lost Ark. The game was released back in 2018, with Amazon going on to announce that it would be bringing this extremely popular game to Europe and Americas for the very first time. Lost Ark's localized version was first announced last June in collaboration with its original developer Smilegate. As the game gets closer to release, the developers detailed some things that players should know before launch.
One of the big details listed reveals when players can download Lost Ark before the official launch. Players will be able to pre-download the game starting on February 7 at 9 AM Pacific time, regardless of whether they bought a Founder's Pack or not. It should be noted that there is no option for pre-period character or name reservation, as the name will only be saved when gamers get through Lost Ark's character customization screen.

Lost Ark's servers will be open before the game's launch, with players being able to get head start access on February 8th at 9 AM Pacific time. The Founder's Pack is available for purchase in different tiers, which will provide players a variety of different benefits, such as a special title for participating in Lost Ark's launch or an exclusive pet companion. These packs can be bought either through Steam or Amazon. If one is purchased at any time during the Head Start, a founder will be able to play for the remainder of the period.
