Motorola's upcoming Razr 3 folding smartphone has been in the works for a while now, and a new leaked video offers the first hands-on look at the device. The third-generation Motorola Razr was officially confirmed last December, when a Lenovo executive claimed that it would be more advanced than its predecessors in terms of its performance and come with an improved UI. Earlier this week, Motorola also confirmed that the device will be powered by Qualcomm's brand new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor.
Motorola revived its Razr branding in 2019 when it released its first folding smartphone. Called Moto Razr, the device was followed by the Moto Razr 5G which was announced in 2020 with 5G connectivity and a few other upgrades. However, both devices faced criticism from consumers and the media for using less-than-impressive hardware despite a steep asking price. The company is trying to rectify that with its upcoming foldable phone, but fans will be hoping that the flagship-grade hardware extends to other aspects of the device as well.

Tipster Evan Blass has posted a short video clip that shows off the Motorola Razr 3 in all its glory. The device in the video comes with the same clamshell form-factor of the two earlier Moto Razr devices and looks similar to the second-gen model with a few notable differences. One such difference is a rear-facing dual-camera module that was earlier seen in leaked CAD designs. The device features a centered punch-hole camera, unlike its predecessor which had a notch. There's also a larger cover display that shows the time and a few other details.
