Microsoft is offering a slew of hefty discounts for excellent open-world games and other titles on Xbox. The prices are even as much as 90% off depending on the titles, which includes many fan favorites from the past years. Discounted prices vary between a few dollars and $17.99. The deals are available from Microsoft's online store and the campaign lasts for ten days. However, there are also Spotlight deals that are only available for a three-day period, and others that require an Xbox Live Gold subscription.
The games include some of the best open-world titles like Mass Effect: Andromeda at 65% off, Red Dead Redemption 2 at 60% off, and Grand Theft Auto 5 at 50% off. Other titles are discounted as much as 80% or even 90%. These include Watch Dogs 2 — Gold Edition at a great 80% discount and Need For Speed Payback — Deluxe Edition which only costs $2.99 after a monumental 90% discount.

While many of the offered discounts are directed at open-world titles, the campaign spans across genres. Discounts are currently available for over three hundred games on Microsoft's store, although only a portion of these are for the 10-day campaign. Deals on non-open world titles include the recently updated first-person shooter Battlefield 2042, the BioWare RPG Dragon Age: Inquisition, and action-adventure title Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, partly produced by Hideo Kojima.
While many of the better discounts are directed towards games that are a few years old, there are a few that Microsoft has included from this year's releases.
