She said, "Guys, I'd love to share your excitement but it was a long day and I simply failed to put a question mark at the end of a tag".
A producer at Kojima Productions might have just accidentally let slip that the project that Kojima has been teasing over the past few weeks with a series of posters is somehow related to Death Stranding, and might even be the rumoured sequel.
Over the past few weeks, Hideo Kojima has been sharing cryptic tweets of shadowy posters with the phrase "Where Am I?" and "Who Am I?" to help tease his next project. Although it seemed like it could be teasing the game he's working on with Xbox, rumoured to be titled Overdose, a slip-up from a Kojima Productions producer might have revealed what it's actually all about.

As spotted by Gematsu, a Kojima Productions producer, known as CopperKat on Twitter, retweeted Kojima's latest set of teaser posters for his next project and accidentally included a hashtag for Death Stranding. CopperKat said, "So many questions! Who's excited to see what comes next? #DeathStranding #WhereAmI". The tweet has unsurprisingly been deleted, only furthering the idea that it was a slip-up.
Although it could just be a mistake on the producer's part, it does seem to indicate that the game that's being teased here is related to Death Stranding and not Overdose, which was the general assumption based on the past few teasers.
