This Kingdom Hearts mod gives Sora his original prototype design from the Kingdom Hearts design document.
If you're a fan of Kingdom Hearts, you've likely seen Nomura's concept art that shows Sora's original look was supposed to have him looking like a cross between a boy and a lion, complete with a tail and cat ears. However, that piece of concept art wasn't coloured in, so how Sora's outfit would have looked in-game has gone unknown for some time.

That is, until some eagle-eyed fans spotted mock-up gameplay images within the Kingdom Hearts design document. These images show what Sora would have looked like in-game and some of them are from very early in development and show Sora's original colour scheme, which gave him white hair, blue boots, and an orange jacket.
Modder Napstio has taken those design document images of Sora and created a mod that not only gives him that colour scheme, but also gives him more of his animalistic features, including the cat ears and more beastly hands. This is the first mod of its kind considering it's not common knowledge what Sora's original colour scheme was going to be and it involves a lot of guesswork on the part of Napstio as the images are really hard to gauge.
On the mod, Napstio said, "Considering we don't have the official prototype model (probably because it never existed to begin with), this is my own interpretation of his prototype design as seen in the first prototype picture (the one with the chainsaw, the second prototype picture with the Keyblade already has a lot of differences in Sora's outfit, so It wasn't used as a base)."
