Twitter user and renowned soulslike modder Grimrukh has released a trailer showcasing the Elden Ring Survival Mode mod. The mod will make the Tarnished's journey even harder by adding hunger and disease mechanics, though weapon crafting can also make the player more self-sufficient. An example of these Survival Mode features sees an enemy afflict the player character with the Plague of Limgrave, which accelerates the effects of hunger and thirst.
