Kick-Ass was a kick-ass R-rated comic book flick that was released in 2010, predating the likes of Logan, Deadpool, and Joker. It was directed by Matthew Vaughn but he didn't return for the sequel. Instead, the 2013 follow-up was helmed by Jeff Wadlow, earning a much lower 32% on Rotten Tomatoes. However, Vaughn is returning for the reboot, and he said it's "fucking [wild]".
