Capcom's Resident Evil is gaming's premiere survival-horror game franchise, and for good reason. However, Resident Evil isn't the only survival-horror series that Capcom has made. During the PlayStation 1 era, Capcom also put out a dinosaur-based survival-horror game called Dino Crisis, which became a fan favorite in its own right. Dino Crisis spawned two main series sequels, a light gun game adaptation, and a mobile release, but the franchise has remained dormant for nearly two decades at this point.
There have been rumors over the years that Capcom may be pursuing a Dino Crisis remake or remaster, though nothing substantial has come from those. While it remains to be seen if the Dino Crisis franchise will ever come back with a brand-new release, it does look like modern gamers will now have easier access to the original Dino Crisis game at least.

Twitter user DarkClong shared an image of what is said to be the revamped PlayStation Plus menu on PS5. PS Plus Premium and the like have recently rolled out to those in certain Asian territories, and so information on what the service entails has been spreading online. The image in question shows Dino Crisis as one of the classic PS1 games coming to PS Plus Premium, indicating that the game will soon be playable on PS4 and PS5.
PS Plus Premium, the highest-priced PS Plus subscription tier, will give users access to hundreds of retro games, including plenty of PS1 classics. However, these PS1 classics aren't just coming to the new consoles through PS Plus Premium.
