Tony Stark has a perfect counter to Black Panther's Vibranium armor, as a version of Iron Man pulled out a suit designed to take on the hero that proved highly effective. In Black Panther #44 by Marvel Comics, a future version of Black Panther and Iron Man (mind-controlled with stolen armor) fought as Stark's plastic armor ended up being able to withstand the vibranium-made suit and attacks with ease. Ultimately, the fight showed Iron Man has an anti-Black Panther armor in his reserve when needed.
Much like Batman has protocols to take down his fellow Justice League heroes, Iron Man has made up suits of armor specifically designed to fight and defeat both heroes and villains. From Tony Stark's numerous Hulkbusters, his Thorbuster, to his Phoenix Killer Buster, Iron Man doesn't spare any expense to gain the upper hand on some of the strongest allies and enemies in the Marvel Universe. However, one of his best creations was an armor he didn't wear, at least not at first, as a version of Iron Man was pulled from the future to take down T'Challa — who just so happened to be an imposter as well.

In Black Panther #44 by Christopher Priest, Sal Velluto, Bob Almond, Paul Tutrone, and Jennifer Schellinger from Marvel Comics, the criminal organization Xcon used powerful artifacts to pull a version of Tony Stark from the immediate future and mind-controlled him to do their bidding.
