After China, Malaysia, and Indonesia, iQOO is all set to launch its flagship iQOO 11 lineup in India on January 10, 2023. It is said to be India's first phone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which is the latest and the most powerful chipset Android phones can use at the moment. Just like its global variants, iQOO is expected to bring two models including the base iQOO 11 and its upper model the iQOO 11 Pro. Through a community post, the company has announced the launch date. It is likely to be going on sale from January 13. The Legend Edition, which has a BMW Motorsport-themed design, will likely be rolled out too.
As iQOO has already launched the devices in several countries, it is likely to feature a 6.78-inch Quad HD+ with the latest E6 AMOLED display, which promises up to 1800 nits of peak brightness and a max refresh rate of 144Hz. As mentioned before, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. For photography, it may have a triple camera setup at the back with a 50MP Samsung GN5 main camera, a 13MP "portrait" camera with 3x zoom, and an 8MP fixed-focus ultrawide camera. Everything will be backed by a 5000mAh battery that is charged via a 120W wired fast charging solution.
On the other hand, the iQOO 11 Pro features a 6.7-inch Curved edge Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The major upgrade here that you can expect is in the camera department. According to China's model of the iQOO 11 Pro, it is expected to have a 50MP Sony IMX866 1/1.49-inch sensor along with a 50MP 150-degree ultrawide, and a 13MP 3x portrait camera. However, it may have a smaller 4700 battery with a much faster 200W wired charging solution.
As per the GizmoChina report, iQOO 11 is expected to be priced between Rs. 55000
