The official release date of iOS 16.1 has finally been released. Apple will release iOS 16 on Monday, October 24, 2022. Along with iOS 16.1, Apple Fitness+ will also be made available for iPhone users to subscribe. Informing about the same, Apple said in a release, "Starting October 24, Apple Fitness+, the award-winning fitness and wellness service designed to be welcoming to all, will be available for iPhone users to subscribe to and enjoy, even if they don't have an Apple Watch. With iOS 16.1, Fitness+ will be fully integrated with the Fitness app and located in the middle tab, available in all 21 countries where the service is offered."
With the launch of the iOS 16.1 Apple is expected to bring at least eight new features for the iPhone users, according to a report by MacRumors. It can be known that iOS 16 rolled out in the month of September and brought several new and exciting features to the iPhones like customizable lock screens, editing tools for Messages, and more. Apple will also be releasing iPadOS 16 and MacOS Ventura along with iOS 16.1 on Monday.
