The OnePlus 10 had long been rumored to be coming but a report then suggested it doesn't exist, so what is actually happening? Although OnePlus announced the OnePlus 10 Pro earlier this year, the standard OnePlus 10 was missing at both the launch event in China and the global event in late March. The company also made no mention of the phone's future release.
In the last couple of years, OnePlus has been making adjustments to its business model. Unlike when it first began making phones and releasing one or two devices each year, it now launches no less than five phones each year. What's more, certain models are now exclusive to select regions such as the OnePlus Nord N20 5G which is only sold in the United States.

While OnePlus itself is yet to release any information about the existence of the OnePlus 10, new details now suggest the device is real and still coming. According to Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh), the OnePlus 10 is in the works and is codenamed “Project Ovaltine.” The leaker also confirmed that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, the same one that's inside the OnePlus 10 Pro.

In addition to the OnePlus 10, it appears the OnePlus 10 Ultra is also still in development, considering a reply from the same source hinted at the phone as still being en route. While Brar seems to suggest that both the OnePlus 10 and OnePlus Ultra have not yet been canceled, other leakers have suggested otherwise.
