If you could describe Infernax in a word, it would be challenging: You begin the game with only base stats and starter equipment, and even the horde of common enemies leading to the first boss are more than enough trouble for you, sapping your precious few hitpoints before you can even get to the boss area, which is so very far away from the starting screen.
