The ongoing fights between Hulk and Juggernaut may never truly be settled in the realm of Marvel Comics, but Burce Banner's alien son proved that fighting dirty and under-handed is the real way to defeat the honorable man fighting inside of Juggernaut's domed armor.
The origin of Hulk's son Skaar is anything but heartwarming or familial, born directly out of the infamous Planet Hulk storyline. But whatever the boy's feelings towards his human father, the durability and green-tinged super-strength were genetic gifts given to him by his father all the same. As tempers calmed, Incredible Hulk #602 saw Bruce Banner (back in human form) training Skaar to be more than a brutal or rage-fueled berserker. How? By luring Juggernaut into a trap to fight him, of course.
The unstoppable magically powered Juggernaut, whose real name is Cain Marko, was created by Stan Lee, Jack Kirby, and Alex Toth. He's been a part of many teams throughout the Marvel Universe including the X-Men, and he fought alongside the Luke Cage's Thunderbolts. Skaar, the son of Hulk and Caiera the Oldstrong, is a relatively recent creation of Greg Pak and John Romita Jr.. Incredible Hulk #602 contains the first fight Skaar has in his training sessions with the Hulk's alter ego.
