One of the biggest changes in the Sakurajima update is the introduction of Dog Coins, a new currency used to buy items added to the game. Medal Merchant vendors seen in the update will only accept Dog Coins instead of the normal Gold you've farmed from Pals around the main map. You can get Dog Coins from treasure chests in Sakurajima or by defeating Syndicate Thug members.
The new Pal Mimog can be an excellent way to farm Dog Coins since the new Pal introduced in the update has the highest chance to drop the currency when defeated.

You can easily purchase a Ring of Freight +1 by interacting with any Medal Merchant on the new Sakurajima map. These NPCs show up randomly in the world, but they tend to appear close to a Church or Ruins that you might come across while exploring. Unlike the Ring of Mercy in , you won't be able to craft this Accessory simply by combining materials found along your travels.
The Ring of Freight costs 50 Dog Coins, making it fairly expensive compared to a Medal Merchant's other wares. An easier way to farm enough Coins is to defeat theMenasting Pal that resides in the northern sections of Sakurajima island. These creatures are quite powerful though, so you'll need strong Pals on your side to take down enough of them to gain the Coins you need.
