Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days tells the tale of Roxas' time spent with the evil group of cloaked nobodies known as Organization 13. Roxas was put into the group as the 13th member and soon becomes close friends with Axel, and the 14th member, Xion, who doesn't spend too much time in the cohort.
Originally released as a Nintendo DS exclusive in 2009, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days' timeline starts at the end of Kingdom Hearts 1 when Sora becomes a Heartless, thus creating Roxas, Sora's nobody. And the game essentially ends during the start of the events of Kingdom Hearts 2. And for fans that might be working their way through the series for the first time, they should know just how long it takes to beat Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days has a much different gameplay structure than the mainlineKingdom Hearts titles. Instead of just going to a single world and completing its story and then moving on to the next one, there are daily missions that Roxas needs to complete. There are over 90 of them; sometimes Roxas goes by himself, and other times he's joined by another Organization member, like Xion or Axel, for example.
According to HowLongtoBeat, most players can finish Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days in about 26 hours (18 hours if it's a rushed playthrough). This seems to fall in line with other Kingdom Hearts games, as both Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2 can take up to 30 hours for a single playthrough. As for the completionists out there, expect to spend upwards of 50 hours seeing and collecting everything there is.
For those that have access to the DS or 3DS, the game can be played physically on those systems. As far as current consoles go, 358/2 Days is not
