Earlier today we reported that a Horizon Forbidden West DLC could be in the works, as Sylens actor Lance Reddick posted and quickly deleted a tweet that said he's working on something for the game. While there was still room to speculate on that, heading over to the Guerrilla Game website gives us more proof that a DLC could be in the works. The careers tab includes some interesting wording that suggests more Forbidden West content could be on the way.
"Guerrilla’s Character Art team is a multifaceted group of artists with a single focus: bringing the diverse tribes of Horizon’s worlds to life," says the job description for senior character artist (first spotted by Tech4Gamers). "Working hand-in-hand with peers in other teams at Guerrilla, as well as external partners, this international team of creative problem solvers produces a large variety of content while retaining a tight-knit culture."

It seems Guerrilla is looking to grow the team that designs character models for the Horizon games, specifically the "diverse tribes of Horizon’s worlds". While those who've played Forbidden West will know that there's probably going to be a third game, it seems a bit too early to hire a character artist for it, and the listing was probably put up with a DLC in mind.
As mentioned earlier, Lance Reddick, who plays Sylens, put up a tweet saying, "Hard at work… in a session for Horizon Forbidden West!" It was accompanied by a video showing motion capture dots all over the actor's face. He probably didn't get the memo that the DLC hasn't been announced yet, and quickly took it down.
