With every Genshin Impact character but the Traveler, a Stella Fortuna is needed to upgrade their talents. However, the Traveler is a bit different. Rather than using a Stella Fortuna, the Traveler uses various items to upgrade their constellation, each one matching to one of the elements they can align with. For example, the Traveler, when aligned with Anemo, uses Memory of Roving Gales to reveal each step of their constellation.
