Genshin Impact Leak Hints at Collei and Dendro Archon Release Date

Hoyoverse's Gacha-based RPG, Genshin Impact, has grown massively since its official release back in late 2020. The game manages to retain its ever-growing player base by introducing new regions, characters, and weapons with each update.

Inazuma, which is one of Genshin Impact's main nations, was added back in September 2021, which means that another major region is on the horizon. While there are no official announcements, numerous leaks have already confirmed that the game's story will lead players into a popular region named Sumeru.

Genshin Impact 2.7: New Five-star Weapon Revealed

A popular Genshin Impact leaker named Ubatcha1 has shared more information about two new characters that should arrive in the future. Both the Collei and the Dendro Archon will be tied with a new region that should arrive in the next major update. According to the leak, Collei is scheduled to arrive in Genshin Impact update 3.0, which should release around August 15 this year. The Dendro Archon Kusanali will apparently arrive in the following 3.1 update that should drop at the end of September. The leak also confirms that both of these characters will be using a new Element called Dendro.

The God of Wisdom, Kusanali serves as the protector of the Sumeru, which will most likely be the next major region to be added to the game after Mondstadt, Liyue, and Inazuma. Each of the regions has a signature element, and Sumeru will finally bring the long-awaited Dendro element. This will probably have a significant impact on the current character tier lists due to the new elemental reactions. Fans are expecting Dendro reactions to have independent elemental reactions similar to Geo.
