The Resistance is reduced by 25% in the Stunned state, lowering the RES count to 55% for Dendro, and 0% for the other DMG type.

The most important thing to know about the Jadeplume Terrorshroom is, just like any other Fungi, it has an Activated and Scorched state. The Activated state is achieved by hitting the boss with Electro or Electro-Dendro Elemental Reactions in Genshin Impact (Quicken, Spread, Aggravate), while Scorched occurs when the enemy is Burning. The Jadeplume Terrorshroom will remain in its normal state if players avoid using Electro and Pyro.
