Genshin Impact 2.7 will be adding a lot of new content into the free-to-play RPG when the update arrives on May 31. Understandably, a lot of the focus is on the new playable characters — Yelan and Kuki Shinobu — as well as some of the new events. However, the best new features being added to Genshin Impact 2.7 are some much-needed quality-of-life improvements.
Although Genshin Impact 2.7 was delayed by almost a full month, the newest update will soon introduce new characters, feature Banner reruns for Xiao and Arataki Itto, have new weapons, and add more Hangout Events — and this is only to name some of what's arriving in Version 2.7. Despite the unprecedented delay, it looks as if the 2.7 update will have plenty of content. And while a lot of attention has been on its new characters, the best new features might just be the fact that Genshin Impact is finally adding Talent and Artifact recommendations.

Talent and Artifact recommendations may not be as flashy as characters like Yelan and Kuki Shinobu becoming playable, but it's a nice step forward for Genshin Impact. And each update also almost always adds new Artifacts, meaning it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with them all — especially now that Genshin Impact has been out for nearly two years.
Equipping Artifacts on a character is a major part of Genshin Impact, and knowing which Artifacts work best is vital. Typically, when a new character is introduced it's easy to learn which Artifacts to equip on them. This is because new characters generate a lot of buzz, so fans and sites cover them and their Artifacts extensively.
