Fortnite is a game that is constantly getting updates, but it is making serious waves this season after controversially removing building. A signature aspect of the battle royale, building has officially returned to Fortnite with the latest update patch.
Epic Games' ultra popular free-to-play title is now into its second week of Chapter 3 Season 2. Aside from a handful of POI updates, the biggest physical change for the season came in the form of no building whatsoever. Playing intothe game's ongoing story, a supposed leak revealed Fortnite's no build mode could be permanent. While this turned out to be true, players can now play the «regular» version of Fortnite thanks to its latest update.

Fortnite's v20.00 hotfix update officially adds Zero Build Mode to the game. This new dedicated mode allows players to play in Solo, Duos, Trios, and Squads without the ability to build, something a sizable portion of Fortnite's player base has stated they prefer. Players will retain the recharging overshield in Zero Build Mode to compensate for the lack of defense building provides. However, both regular and Zero Build Modes will have the new traversal abilities like sprinting and mantling. Fortnite released a trailer showcasing its new mode's intense weapon-focused gameplay.
In addition to adding Zero Build Mode, Fortnite's latest updates adds a new weapon: the Anvil Rocket Launcher. Similar to the Heavy Turret found on the fully-funded Armored Battle Bus, the Anvil Rocket Launcher is designed as an anti-vehicle weapon.
