February 2023’s PlayStation Plus Essential games have been revealed ahead of an official announcement.
Dealabs user billbil-kun, who has been accurately leaking the PlayStation Plus line-ups almost every month since September 2021, has published what they claim to be the new titles coming to the service next month.
February’s PlayStation Plus games will reportedly be OlliOlli World, Mafia Definitive Edition, Destiny 2:Beyond Light and Evil Dead. The games will be redeemable from February 7 until March 6.
January’s PS Plus games, including Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (PS5/PS4), Fallout 76 (PS4) and Axiom Verge 2 (PS5/PS4) will be claimable until February 6.
February’s PlayStation Plus classic titles and games catalogue additions will likely also be revealed soon.
January’s PlayStation Plus classic games included WWE 2K22, several Far Cry and Yakuza games, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor and Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, Ridge Racer 2, Heavenly Sword, Oddworld: Abe’s Exoddus and Pinball Heroes.
Essential is the entry-level PlayStation Plus membership tier, which offers subscribers access to a few ‘free’ games every month.
Players can continue to play these games even after they’re no longer available to claim at the end of the monthly period as long as they continue to subscribe to PlayStation Plus Essential (or a higher tier).
Once their membership ends, they’ll no longer be able to play these games unless they resubscribe.
