Bethesda Softworks released Fallout 4 back in 2015 and since then fans have been discovering hidden details, creating unique fan art, and exploring the post-apocalyptic wasteland with a variety of mods. One Fallout 4 fan has discovered a house full of cats after lockpicking their way into a Diamond City house.
Reddit user Bodethewise recently shared a clip of their adventure in Fallout 4 which begins with the player performing the lockpicking mini-game initially feeling for the sweet spot before successfully unlocking the door. This Diamond City door is to the Hawthorne Residence which requires advanced lockpicking, some bobby pins, and the ability to stay undetected in a populated part of the capital city. After a brief loading screen, Bodethewise discovers an unexpectedly cluttered house that's occupied exclusively by cats.

Upon picking the lock to the door of Fallout 4's Hawthorne Residence, Bodethewise is greeted by three cats on a red couch, two on a black and brown end table, and eight cats on the floor, with most mingling near a larger table in the center of the room. On top of many cats living in the Hawthorne Residence, Bodethewise's clip also shows that there are three paintings of cats hanging on the wall of the Commonwealth location. In one of the works of art, two cats play together while another shows a cat playing alone with a ball of yarn, and the final painting depicts a peaceful landscape with an orange and white cat in the middle.
