The seemingly censored scenes that eagle-eyed fans spotted in The Falcon and the Winter Soldier on Disney+ are to be restored to their original versions. Disney appeared to make changes to two scenes in the MCU Phase Four series, making them less violent and thus more suitable for younger viewers. One censored scene showed villain Helmut Zemo (Daniel Brühl) shooting ex-Hydra scientist Wilfred Nagel (Olli Haaskivi) square in the chest. The shot of the scientist's body, once shown as being splattered with blood and with his eyes lifelessly open, suddenly has no blood whatsoever, and his eyes are now closed. The other scene, from the same episode (ep. 3, «Power Broker»), originally had Bucky Barnes/the Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan) throwing a pipe at a goon and the weapon going straight into their shoulder. The new censored version shows the pipe bouncing off of him instead.
