Exclusive: Godfall Ultimate Edition's New Cosmetics Revealed
Godfall originally debuted on PC and PS5 in late 2020, but from today Xbox players will also be able to begin the high fantasy journey with the Ultimate Edition. Counterplay Games' action RPG finds you playing as god-like warriors collecting legendary armour and weapons to transform your capabilities. Godfall was designed specifically to be a tinkerer's dream as you built the ultimate Valorian knight to fight your way across elemental realms.
New for the Ultimate Edition are a host of story updates, enhancements, cutscenes, dialogue and NPC interactions, quality of life upgrades, and new game modes. Players also get the combined package of all Godfall's DLC such as the Fire & Darkness expansion and additional features like three-player PvE online co-op player.

There are a range of new Valorplates, the legendary armour sets that transform wielders into unstoppable masters of melee combat. There are 12 unique Valorplates inspired by the signs of the Zodiac, which evolve play styles, while giving your warrior a distinctive look. Each Valorplate offers diverse powers from summoning spiritual backup to redirecting damage back at enemies and powering up attacks infused with elemental status effects.

There are many more besides those shown while there are various weapon options among the five weapons classes. The variety of longswords, polearms, warhammers, greatswords, and dual blades all now come equipped with powerful timing attacks that can be unleashed directly after using a weapon technique.
