There used to be a time where PC gamers would dump the contents of their wallets to grab discounted games during Valve’s quarterly Steam sales. Those times have somewhat changed with more digital store options opening up for gamers to spend their hard-earned coin. Epic Games joined in the digitally discounted fanfare by offering titles like Ghostwire: Tokyo and Far Cry 6 at a discounted price during its Epic Games MEGA Sale. Yes, that’s “MEGA” in all caps. The discounts don’t stop there, as other digital products bought during this time will also reveal additional coupons to use. There are limitations like pre-purchases, DLC, in-game purchases, and other restrictions on purchases may apply. If you just want to grab your freebies and run, there are a few Epic-owned franchises with free items. Rocket League players can get the HNY Inverted wheelset for free while the sale is live. Fortnite players can claim the Volcanic Assassin Quest Pack and unlock the Tectonic Komplex outfit, Fiery Flow wrap, Fiery Jam back bling, and Sulfuric Street Shine pickaxe after completing challenges.
The Epic Games MEGA Sale runs from May 19 to June 16. Epic has promised that there are more than “1,600
