Billionaire Elon Musk has never made his love for video games secret, publicly praising games like Blizzard's hero-shooter Overwatch and the Halo Infinite campaign. Now Musk has talked about his time playing FromSoftware's action-RPG epic Elden Ring, going as far as to reveal the build that he uses in the game.
Over on Twitter, the account History Defined shared an image of Tree of Life mosiac in Hisham's Palace, itself located near Jericho in Palestine. Musk responded to the image with "Elden Ring vibes" in a tweet that amassed over 15,000 likes. Twitter user KangaroO then responded to Musk's comment and asked what build he was playing in the game. Since Musk has over 91 million followers on Twitter, one could be forgiven for assuming that he never responded to KangaroO, but Musk actually replied with the build that he claims to be using in Elden Ring.

According to Musk, he is currently using an Elden Ring build that focuses on Dexterity and Intelligence, which allows him to play as a mage but also use melee weapons when needed. Musk says that he uses a shield in his left hand, while he typically holds a staff in his right hand. When Musk's Elden Ring character isn't casting spells, he likes to use the rapier and claws. Musk is also fluid when it comes to the armor that his Elden Ring character wears, switching between heavy and medium weight depending on if he needs to roll fast or function more like a tank.
Musk added that he equips many different Elden Ring talismans while playing, and that it's important to connect with «many small hits in a row» to stack damage. Musk also left the commenter with a tip to use summons to improve their chances in the game. Elden
