Elden Ring, a game created by the studio that introduced the Soulsborne sub-genre, more than lives up to its predecessor's nature. It's a mechanically more accessible game than Dark Souls, but if one was to go into this game expecting an easier adventure, they will find themselves in for a bumpy ride.
There are 42 achievements to obtain in Elden Ring and most of these require the player to defeat the bosses that will be encountered in the world of Limgrave. Its beautiful and dangerous landscapes have lots of lore hidden for the player to discover. The world-building is arguably more vast and in-depth than its predecessors, as Game of Thrones author George R.R. Martin helped create Elden Ring'sworld and characters.

There are lots of bosses and optional bosses that brave Tarnished can and will encounter in Elden Ring. Thanks to the game's addictive nature, players will take the masochistic approach expected of a Soulsborne fan and keep trying until they figure out the right strategies and methods to defeat their enemies.
To overcome these hurdles, Elden Ring has various classes to suit all playing styles. Moreover, there are unique weapons just waiting to be found in Elden Ring to help the player in their journey obtaining all the game's Trophies.
Make no mistake, despite the developer's efforts to make Elden Ring a moreappealing game for newcomers, even Dark Souls veterans will have their work cut out achieving every trophy/achievement that the game has to offer. The journey will be a worthwhile one, however, as it sits as one of the highest-rated games on Metacritic and Game Rant's own review giving it top marks.
