The scrawny horse is hilariously outfitted with a tiny horned helmet, clearly inspired by his brutal rider, and he holds one of Radahn's swords in his teeth. The description provided by theclaygough suggests that Great Horse Leonard would confront the player in combat in order to avenge his fallen master.
