Elden Ring is packed full of stunning sights and memorable bosses, but one of the most memorable enemy designs is that of the Living Jar. Affectionately nicknamed «pot boys» or «jar boys» by players, Living Jars take the form of animated ceramic vessels with arms and legs. Now, one Elden Ring fan has decided to make a real-life version of the Living Jar enemy to decorate their home.
Most Living Jars found in Elden Ring are hostile, but there are a few which are neutral or even helpful NPCs. The most famous Living Jar character is probably Iron Fist Alexander, a large Living Jar who set out to walk the path of the warrior. Alexander can be encountered repeatedly throughout the game, giving fans an idea of what Living Jars look and act like when they are not going out of their way to attack the player.

Redditor Fatalick recently shared a photograph of an enormous pot that their father apparently purchased as decoration. As the pot bears a suspicious resemblance to a Living Jar, Fatalick decided to add a pair of arms to it. The result appears to be a large Living Jar standing upright, with its lower half balancing in a metal cage and its arms crossed disapprovingly.
Unlike some other attempts at making a real-life Living Jar, this jar clearly started out as an actual giant pot before being modified to resemble the game's enemies. The pot itself appears to be a tall vessel that's rounded at the top and narrow at the bottom, with a flat wooden lid. The jar's surface appears to be mottled shades of tan and dark browns, which makes it look like dirt is clinging to it in some sections.
