A clever Elden Ring trick allows a crafty player to defeat Starscourge Radahn by drowning him in the sea. The colossal boss character has given many players trouble thanks to his massive size, surprising speed and powerful gravity magic. Recently an Elden Ring patch made Starscourge Radahn stronger, but there does exist a simple way to take down Caelid's resident demigod.
General Radahn, also known as the Starscourge, is one of Elden Ring's most brutal and cinematic bosses. To face the mad warrior players must journey through Caelid, an exceptionally difficult region infected with the poisonous scarlet rot. Upon release many players found it impossible to defeat Radahn, even alongside a small army of NPC summons like Iron First Alexander and Blaidd. Radahn's particular vulnerability to scarlet rot can be exploited, but the huge range of his swords and his gargantuan health pool still make him a huge challenge. Developer FromSoftware nerfed the boss to appease fans, but many felt that the Elden Ring nerf made Radahn too easy and a recent update brought him back closer to his original strength.
