After progressing in the main story of Dying Light 2 and reaching the Central Loop's Garrison District there’s a major Easter Egg to be found, but only if you reach the tallest building in the game and jump on a crane nearby afterward.

Unless you’re at a point in the game where you have completed the “Broadcast” mission, this Easter Egg will be rather hard to unlock. It’s not impossible, but reaching the roof of the VNC Tower is by far the fastest method to get to the location where the flying broom is hidden.
The rooftop of the VNC Tower also allows you to reach several airdrops, and it’s also a key location if you wish to unlock the secret developer room and find the Korek Charm, which repairs your weapons indefinitely.
The flying broomstick is intended for the “Baba Yaga Challenge” only, but with a small trick, you can keep it forever and fly around Villedor whenever you want. It’s especially useful to find other Easter Eggs and airdrops that are all around the map.
After completing the story mission called “Broadcast”, you can now use the elevator in the lobby and reach the roof of the VNC Tower. From here head toward the east side of the roof and see the yellow crane directly below you. Paragliding down is the safest way to reach the crane, which houses the broomstick.
Once you land on the crane look for a glowing blue mushroom, it will be near the center of the crane. You’ll need to “turn on” the mushroom a couple of times before the prompt to start the challenge appears.
