According to a recent report from PCGamesN, Tymon Smektała, lead designer on Dying Light 2, has said that upcoming DLC will take players into new environments, which have their own «traversal challenges.» They also said that the team is interested in surprising people, and creating «emotional anticipation.» Not much is known about what the new content will consist of, but Smektała's words seem to suggest that fans should be excited about what's coming up, and to perhaps «expect the unexpected».
