Over the past few years, there have been severalDragon Ball Z video games. Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, andDragon Ball FighterZ are all contemporary and popular titles, and it seems the franchise is exploring more genres than just simple fighting games. In fact, Dragon Ball: The Breakers may be the most unique game within the franchise.

In asymmetrical games, the problem is that playing the killer, or the raider in the case of Dragon Ball: The Breakers, is usually more fun than any survivor. Dragon Ball: The Breakers makes a few key changes to the asymmetrical formula that may actually change this dynamic.
