If you try to find some important documents in the mess of unorganised files in your system then most probably, it will be a frustrating experience. Well, you can easily simplify things. WhatsApp, the instant messaging service, can let you save and download all the necessary documents ranging from Aadhaar card, PAN card, and other documents on your system in a neat and orderly way. This can be done with the help of DigiLocker, which is an online digitalization service by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. It provides quick access to authentic documents in a digital format whenever you need it.
It is possible while using the MyGov Helpdesk WhatsApp chatbot which can help you easily download documents from DigiLocker. However, you need to ensure that you have uploaded your documents to DigiLocker first. To do so, you need to download the app and then log in. Then tap on Upload Document and click on the upload icon. Select the files that you want to upload from your device. Once it is done, you can start the process to access them on your WhatsApp. Here's a quick step-by-step guide for you.
