Digimon Survive is a narrative-focused game with four possible story routes players can explore. The group must struggle to survive in this new world with the aid of the strange creatures they befriend.

The Moral route can only be accessed by having a majority of the player's choices correspond to the «Moral» stat. This stat is associated with Justice, and Vaccine attribute Digimon.
