General Changes
- Average Crowd Control duration on the player reduced from 2.5 to 1.5 seconds.
- Legendary drop rates from monsters above Level 100 increased.
Uniques
Frostburn
- Reworked the item's affixes to:
- Up to 8% Lucky Hit Chance
- % Attack Speed
- % Fire and Cold Damage
- Lucky Hit: Up to a 40% Chance to deal Cold Damage
- Lucky Hit: Up to a 40% Chance to deal Fire Damage
- Lucky Hit: Up to a % chance to Freeze enemies for 3 seconds.
Flickerstep
- Reworked the item's affixes to:
- Inherent: Attacks Reduce Evade's Cooldown by 2.5 Seconds
- Inherent: Evade Grants 30% Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds
- % Movement Speed
- % Ultimate Damage
- % Lightning Resistance
- % Damage Reduction from Close Enemies
Fists of Fate
- Reworked the item's affixes to:
- % Attack Speed
- % Critical Strike Chance
- % Lucky Hit Chance
- Lucky Hit: Up to a % Chance to Apply a Random Crowd Control Effect for 2 seconds
Consumables
Profane Mindcage
- Has been added to the game permanently and can now be stacked up to 3 times.
Endgame Changes
Helltide
- Tortured Gifts of Mysteries cost to open reduced from 100 to 75 Aberrant Cinders in World Tier 1 and 2.
Infernal Hordes
- Infernal Compass drop rate increased.
- Tortured Gifts of Mysteries, Tortured Gifts of Living Steel, and the Doomsayer's loot explosion now have a 100% chance to drop an Infernal Compass.
- Whisper Caches now have a 75% chance to drop an Infernal Compass.
Infernal Compass Tier 4-8 can now drop from higher-tier
